1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CRM Simple ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use CRM Simple only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
- Store data in violation of applicable privacy laws
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CRM Simple. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by i-tao and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Availability and Uptime
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRM Simple and i-tao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion via our contact page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
